 Scott G. Van Note |
Chief Operations Officer for Houston Cardiac Association and HCA Wellness and is a director of JAM Institute our medical education and research company. After eleven years in the US Navy as a Cryptologic Technician and nine years in full time ministry, Scott came on staff as the office manager in 2002. One of his many talents is creating incredible RAW recipes (his desserts are awesome). He graduated from Colorado Chrsitian University with a BS in Organizational Management and has completed 30 post graduate hours in curriculum development and instruction. Born in Denver, Colorado and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, San Diego, California, and Denver Colorado, Scott currently resides in Sugar Land, Texas with his wife and three children |
 Yashica Davis |
Front Office Manager and Registered Billing and Coding expert. Yashica is versed in every area of the front office and she works extremely hard on your behalf with all insurance companies. She has been with HCA since 2001. Yashica was born and raised in Louisiana and currently resides in Pearland with her husband and 2 children. |
 Pat Ikediobi |
Adult Nurse Practitioner BSN, MSN, ACNP. Pat holds her BSN and Masters Degree in Nursing and is working toward her PhD in nursing. She heads up the Heart Failure Clinic and is instrumental in all other clinics as well. She has been with HCA since 2003. Pat was born and raised in Nigeria and currently resides in Houston with her husband and children. |
 Odalys Valdivia |
Holds a license to practice medicine in Cuba. Odalys performs many clinical tasks at HCA, including but not limited to her many duties as the HCA Research Coordinator. She has been with HCA since 1999. Odalys was born and raised in Cuba and currently resides in Katy. |
 Sean Johnson |
Clinical Manager and Lead Echocardiography Technician. Sean completed his echo training at Sanford Brown College in Houston and excelled during his externship here at Houston Cardiac Association. We were able to convince him to join the team in October 2008, and he continues to make an impact. He was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois and currently resides in Missouri City with his wife and 1 child. |
